1、 The importance of compressed air quality

 

The development of pneumatic and electronic technology has given rise to automated production technology, and compressed air has been widely used as the main power source, making it the second largest power source after electricity. However, the use of compressed air contains harmful substances such as water, oil, and dust. Unprocessed compressed air can bring great harm to automated production, resulting in huge losses and waste. However, this is a huge blind spot for today's Chinese enterprise managers. In order to solve the huge damage caused by poor compressed air quality to enterprises in foreign manufacturing industries, the United States and the European Automobile Federation took the lead in formulating the ISO8573-1 compressed air quality standard in 1985, and China introduced it as a national standard in 1991. However, up to now, 100% of the compressed air quality in domestic manufacturing enterprises does not meet the standard. The main reason is that high-end purification equipment relies on imports and is expensive, and the domestic market is mainly dominated by air compressor manufacturers.
