[Maintenance and upkeep methods for refrigerated dryers]

(1) Observe and record instrument values 4 times per shift

1. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of compressed air shall not exceed 0.035Mpa;

2. Evaporation pressure gauge 0.4Mpa -0.5Mpa;

3. High pressure gauge 1.2Mpa to 1.6Mpa.

(2) Regularly observe drainage and sewage systems

1. Clean the float drain every week or so;

2. The sewage pipe discharges pollutants once a week;

◆ Cleaning method for electronic drain:

a. Close the ball valve in front of the automatic drain;

b. Loosen the upper fixing nut and take out the timing coil. During the cleaning process, the coil should never come into contact with water, otherwise it will burn out;

c. Remove the hose and loosen the drain valve body to release the compressed air inside the drain;

d. Remove the valve core and wipe it clean;

e. Twist the valve body back into its original position and gently open the front end ball valve. Use compressed air to drain impurities, water, and oil from the drainage system; Wipe the valve body clean with a cloth;

f. Replace the valve core and timing coil in their original positions; Install the hose again and open the front ball valve.

(3) Regularly observe the inlet temperature of the cooling water system and compressed air system

1. Cooling water temperature 2-32 ℃;

2. Water pressure 0.15~0.3Mpa;

3. The intake temperature of compressed air should generally be ≤ 45 ℃ (it is advisable to touch the intake pipe by hand without being too hot), except for special circumstances;

4. The cooling water should be kept clean. The Y-shaped filter should be cleaned once every half month to ensure good water quality; The water condenser should be cleaned once a year (depending on the water quality), and the air condenser should be cleaned once a month;

The cleaning of the air condenser should try to avoid damaging the wing surface of the air condenser as much as possible;

Sufficient space should be ensured around the air condenser for ventilation and heat dissipation, and it should not work under direct sunlight; Regularly use compressed air to remove surface ash. The flow rate and pressure of compressed air used for cleaning should not be too high;

◆ Cleaning of shell and tube water condensers: Close the inlet and outlet of cooling water, open the end cover of the unconnected water pipe, and clean the outer part and gasket with water only; Clean the inside of the copper tube with gas, water, or a cloth or stick connected to it; When cleaning, be careful not to apply too much force to avoid damaging the internal copper pipes.

(4) Regularly observe the refrigeration system

1. The compressor should be touched by hand at least once a day, which is normally cold or frosty;

2. The temperature difference between the two sides of the drying filter should not be too large when touched by hand every week (if it is hot at the inlet and cold at the outlet, it needs to be replaced);

3. If any abnormal sound or heat is found in the compressor, please contact after-sales service as soon as possible.

(5) Check the electrical control system: Blow out dust and tighten the wiring terminals (must be carried out without electricity)

(6) Appearance maintenance

Regularly clean the surface of the equipment with a clean towel to remove oil and dust. Install a refrigerated dryer and air compressor to keep the environment clean and tidy.

[Precautions for using a refrigerated dryer]

1) Do not place in places exposed to sunlight, rain, wind, or with a relative humidity greater than 85%. Do not place in environments with high levels of dust, corrosive or flammable gases. Do not place in areas with vibration or condensation water that poses a risk of freezing. Do not get too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation. It is necessary to use it in environments with corrosive gases, and copper pipes with rust prevention treatment or stainless steel should be selected as dryers
